ABRIDGED OPINION (With concurrence of the participating Judges, the original opinion has been amended for publication) This is an action for personal injuries sustained more than one year prior to the filing of suit. Plaintiff claims that her mental disability tolled the running of the one year statute. The Trial Judge held that the evidence did not support plaintiff's claimed disability and rendered summary judgment for the defendant. Plaintiff has appealed. The memorandum of the Trial Judge states:
